Our Sceal…
We live near the Boyne Valley, with the Hill of Tara in view from our garden, the home of ancient storytelling. It’s in our blood. We’ve worked with cameras for over 40 years, and video cameras are second nature to us. Both of us come from art backgrounds, with Masters degrees from NCAD and Bath Spa University, and that training still shapes everything we do. We officially launched in 2017, but the story began long before that, with decades of learning the craft and discovering what makes people lean in and listen.
We both have had cameras in our hands since we were in our teens, (many moons ago). The craft honed over years of trial and error, ups and downs. We know the world through the lens, the stories and the music of the camera itself.
We bring this creativity and knowledge to every story we work on with our clients, because its the creative bit that many find difficult.
So, why the name Little Cloud?
It comes from James Joyce’s Dubliners. In his short story 'A Little Cloud,' a gifted man lets his grand potential stay hidden away from the world out of shyness and hesitation.
We founded our company to do the exact opposite.
